By accessing and using myPinMaps ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

myPinMaps is a web platform that allows you to create pins (markers) on maps, generate QR Codes for navigation, and share routes with other people. The Service is offered for free and can be used without full registration.

3. Registration and Account

To save your pins persistently, you can register by providing your email. Registration is simplified and does not require a password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email and for activities carried out with your account.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service ethically and lawfully. The following is prohibited:

• Using the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Creating pins with offensive, defamatory content or that violates third-party rights
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with other users' systems or data
• Using automated tools to access the Service in an abusive manner

5. User Content

The pins, names, and information you create are your responsibility. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Service Availability

myPinMaps is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

myPinMaps is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: route inaccuracies, temporary unavailability, or data loss.

8. Intellectual Property

All Service content (design, code, logos, and brand) is the property of myPinMaps or its licensors. Maps are provided by third parties (Esri, Google, Leaflet) under their respective licenses.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you accept the new Terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
